{"id":2642,"date":"2024-04-05T10:24:25","date_gmt":"2024-04-05T10:24:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/virginiagallo.com\/?p=2642"},"modified":"2024-04-05T10:26:21","modified_gmt":"2024-04-05T10:26:21","slug":"sobre-talento-y-pasiones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/virginiagallo.com\/?p=2642","title":{"rendered":"Sobre talento y pasiones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Siempre cre\u00ed que el talento y las pasiones eran cosas del ocio y que poca cabida ten\u00edan en el terreno profesional.\u00a0<br><br>Hasta que mi 40 cumplea\u00f1os o quiz\u00e1s una en\u00e9sima mudanza trajeron un cierto vac\u00edo y la necesidad de ilusionarme de nuevo.<br><br>\u27a1\u00a0\u00bfA qu\u00e9 quer\u00eda dedicar mis siguientes a\u00f1os profesionales?<br>\u27a1\u00a0\u00bfQu\u00e9 se me daba bien?<br>\u27a1\u00a0\u00bfQu\u00e9 me inspiraba?<br><br>Dos pistas, que aqu\u00ed comparto, resultaron clave en mi proceso de reinvenci\u00f3n y autodescubrimiento:<br><br>\ud83d\udd0e\u00a0El talento que ruboriza.\u00a0Hay cumplidos que escuchas con indiferencia. Otros, en cambio, te remueven por dentro y calan hondo. Dan con tu esencia, con ese algo que haces muy bien. Son halagos que te sonrojan y apuntan a tus talentos.<br><br>\ud83d\udd0e\u00a0La pasi\u00f3n que corroe.\u00a0Cuando la pasi\u00f3n no encuentra c\u00f3mo expresarse, corroe por dentro. Se transforma en envidia o juicio. Los modelos laborales que cuestionas o desapruebas vehemente pueden encerrar pasiones contenidas.<br><br>Una mirada honesta a tus entra\u00f1as te permite dar el salto y llevar una vida profesional m\u00e1s coherente contigo. Con tus talentos y pasiones.
